A chatbot answers questions. An AI coworker does the work: it finds what is actually true in your own systems, prepares the order, the invoice, the reply or the report and hands it to you. Geve builds both, and a Geve chat on your website is connected to your systems in the same way.
Do I have to change my systems or the way I work?
No. That is the whole idea. Instead of moving your data and rebuilding your routines, Geve moves into the systems you already have and learns how you work. It works inside 500+ tools businesses already use, from Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace to Fortnox, Business Central and HubSpot.
Does Geve do anything on its own?
Only what you allow. Written work, from emails to orders, invoices and entries, comes to you as a draft, and nothing leaves without your yes. On the phone and in chat, Geve follows your rules, says that it is an AI and hands over to a person when it should. No decision with legal or similarly significant effect on anyone is made by AI alone.

How does Geve handle GDPR?
When Geve works for you, your business is the controller and Geve is the processor. We only read what the task needs, keep data only as long as the agreement says and delete or return it when it ends. Where AI talks to people directly, it says so, as the EU AI Act requires.
